PCR Roofing is a very good company that replaced my roof, did drywall repair and vinyl siding. Justin Yates handled my order and was excellent in explaining the process and answering all my questions, and making necessary onsite visits all in a timely manner. A special shout out to Brandon Graybill in the beginning for all his help and follow up. Thanks and deep appreciation to Frank Monroe who managed his crew that installed my new roof. They were absolutely amazing to watch in their teamwork, precise skillset from start to finish their overall performance was extremely thorough and professional. In a world where Customer Service is non-existent, PCR is a company that excels in this area. Customer satisfaction is their priority, as well as their quality of work. Having them work with my insurance company and replace my roof has been a great experience. Everyone I had contact with were exemplary, from the top to the excellent installers. They couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive and went above and beyond to address my needs. It proved to be an excellent and enjoyable experience and I highly recommend them.

It was a damaged roof , insurance had to be delt with . The lift to put the shingles up couldn’t get up the driveway …. They took care of it all . And cleaned up all of the debris . We couldn’t be happier . Plus they kept us informed of weather related changes . The workers were very respectful . We are totally satisfied .

PCR arrived on the day and at the time they said they would. My roof project was big, but they still finished earlier than estimated, and they cleaned up well. I chose Onyx Black shingles for my brick house, and my roof looks great!

My new roof is absolutely perfect. The guys who did the work were very professional and made sure everything was done properly. More than I expected – even put ridge vents over all the dormers, etc. And did a great job of protecting the plants and cleaning up at the end. It is without a doubt the best looking roof in the neighborhood.

I had a lot of frustration with my sales rep Brian after signing my contract as he was never able to give me a straight answer about when things would get done. After he left the company, things got much better. Justin and Bill were extremely helpful providing timelines and making sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because of my initial interaction with Brian, but would have been 5.

I had wind damage on my roof. Potomac took responsibility for most of the insurance process. The roofing, itself was done quickly, professionally and thoroughly .I expect to have a beautiful and trouble free roof for many years.

We were missing a few shingles that got blown off during a storm. Brandon was able to get us a new roof for our house and detached garage for only our deductible. They worked for about 14 hours to get the job done in one day. Did a great job cleaning up after. They were great communicating what was going on in the entire process start to finish.

Justin Gill alerted me to the fact that my roof needed repair because of storm damage that had occurred a few months earlier. Subsequent investigation by state farm inspector justified Justin‘s observation and approved installation of the new roof under my home insurance contract. I do appreciate and thank Justin and Potomac for accomplishing this work in one day without incident. Subsequent walk around the house confirms the good work that was done. Cannot take a photo good enough to justify the work that was done.

Representative was very knowledgeable and cared about the needs of the customer. He was not over bearing. Show me all the options available. Was impressive with this company as they really look out for the customers and provide the best possible options to assure their needs are taken care of . I would highly recommend to anyone .

Potomac did a fantastic job on my mothers roof. A friend referred them to me and they were highly efficient and communicative from start to finish. Their pricing was fair compared to other estimates we had and their professionalism in delivering information to us and putting it into action was great. I would definitely recommend them.

I was in a jam and they bailed me out. A squirrel chewed a hole in my roof which led to a lot of water damage in my kids rooms. Knowing another 3 day storm was a week away I had to get it repaired quickly. Potomac came through and shuffled their schedule around to fit me in, they came early the next week and repaired and shingled my entire roof in a day. Professional and affordable, everyone from estimator to roofers start to finish to follow up. Brian even showed up after the job was completed to make sure it was satisfactory. I absolutely recommend and will be hiring Potomac for future remodeling.

I had my roof replaced today. Ken was my go to for setting up everything I needed. Roof was completed on time as he stated even though a storm was approaching. The crew was quick and cleaned all debris from the worksite. It was as if they were never there.. edge lines are perfect and they cleaned the gutters after installing new 50 year roof which was not included but a nice touch. They ran around the yard with magnets multiple times, to ensure all nails if any were removed that may have been missed. I would recommend them for roof replacement and will be discussing soon having them replace the gutters. Great company, they will recommend quality materials and will not settle for low expectations and unsatisfied customers. Ask for Ken.

Nick Zarachowicz led the sales front and did a great job covering all our needs. He was very responsive and attentive to our specific requirements. Potomac Custom Remodeling replaced our existing roof with a new Owens Corning roof which looks great. Fantastic product and warranty.

His installation team provided a quality installation that was completed on schedule and with minimal disruption.

Potomac Custom Remodeling did a wonderful job of replacing our roof. It was a complicated project with a lot of different parts but their experienced crew came and completed all the work in one day and left with the site as clean as when they arrived. Potomac Custom Remodeling reviewed the condition of our roof and found damage even my eagle-eyed husband hadn’t discovered. Sure enough, our insurance company agreed with Potomac Custom Remodeling’s assessment and paid to replace the entire roof. Every interaction with this company was positive. My husband spent many years as a custom builder and remodeler before retiring and is extremely picky about everything having to do with a home improvement transaction. Even he was blown away by every aspect of the job from start to finish. The very experienced installation crew had the job done in one day and left not even a trace of debris behind. We highly recommend this company!

Potomac staff was excellent from the beginning to the end of my roofing and siding replacement. They kept me informed and kept the dates for initiating and completion of the work. Completed the work on time and made sure my surrounding was as clean at the end as it was at the beginning. All trash was collected and disposed. My house looked like new – at least from the outside

I received wind damage to my roof. Potomac Custom Remodeling replaced my roof and worked with the insurance company to make the process very easy for me the homeowner. The work was completed on schedule and looks terrific.

I has one call back for a potential leak. The team responded within 3 hrs and corrected the problem. This issue was not with the roof, but a vent pipe on the roof. The service team was extremely nice and sorry for any inconvenience.

Anyone can install a roof, but do they standby their work. Potomac proved that point to me and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement roof.

Justin Gill, sales rep, saw that I was in desperate need of a new roof. We always put it off thinking our insurance will never cover it, etc. Well much to my surprise, Justin and Potomac had my insurance pay for everything and I didn’t even lift a finger. I thought “this is too good to be true”, but it wasn’t. Within hours, my insurance approved the claim and wired the money. I was again thinking “what’s the catch”? LOL To make a long story short, Justin answered all my questions and cleared all my doubts, and we got a brand new roof installed – and we did nothing! Potomac and Justin handled it all! It looks absolutely beautiful. If I could give this company more than a 100% rating, I would. I would highly recommend them to all believers and to all of those who doubt. They will make it happen!
